To approve the minutes as a correct record, for signature by the Chairman.

- HSBC Bank – Update on changes to the Parish Council business account.
- Thrybergh Cenotaph Centenary – To discuss the Cenotaph Centenary.
- Thrybergh Parish Council Pantomime December 2023 – To discuss the Parish Council pantomime.
- Planning Application RB2023/1424 – Update on application to build a detached bungalow on former garage site St Leonard’s Avenue/Palmer Place.
- Planning Application RB2023/0827 – Update on Deer Park Farm application to change use of storage buildings to deli shop.
- Planning Application RB2023/0829 – Update on Deer Park Farm application to change use of buildings to retail/antiques emporium unit.
- Planning Application RB2023/0830- Update on Deer Park Farm application to change use to retail unit with a portion of warehousing and store use.
7. Police Report
To update council on the latest local crime statistics.
8. Grant Request from St Gerards Church
To consider a request from grant from St Gerard’s Church towards cemetery upkeep costs.
9. Remembrance Sunday – To Approve Refreshment Costa of Event.
10. Pantomime – To Approve Refreshment Costs of the Event.
11. Cenotaph Centenary – To Approve Refreshment Costs of the Event.
12. Planning Application RB2023/1451 - To Update Council on Planning Application to Erect a Detached Modular Building at Thrybergh Country Park.
13. Correspondence – To consider the following new Correspondence received and decide action where necessary.
