1. To receive apologies for absence given in advance of the meeting.

2. To consider the approval of reasons given for absence.

3. Declarations of Interest – To receive any declarations of interest not already declared under the council’s code of conduct or members Register of Disclosable Pecuniary Interests.

4. Questions from the public – This is a public session, members of the public will adhere to the rules set by the council for this session. Thirty minutes are allowed to raise issues and ask questions of the Parish Council.

5. Minutes of the previous Parish Council meeting held on Thursday 6 February 2025 – To approve the minutes as a correct record, for signature by the Chairman.

6. Matters Arising – To receive information on the following ongoing issues and decide further action where necessary. 

6.1 - CIL Payment from RMBC – Update Council on new planter for Doncaster Road

6.2 – Update on planning application RB2025/0030 for demolition of an existing garage and build of a new replacement garage to the front garden of ‘Four Winds’, Doncaster Road.

6.3 – Dick Whittington Christmas Pantomime December 2025 - Update on pantomime booking.

6.4 - Cenotaph, vandalised statuettes – Update on reported vandalism to Cenotaph Tommy statue.

6.5 -Tree Survey in PC owned woodland – Update on proposed safety work in woodlands.

7. Police Report – To update council on the latest local crime statistics.

8. VE/VJ Day Celebration in Parsh Hall – Update on the planned event 10 May 2025.

9. Force Contracts – To approve annual gas service of boiler and cooker hob.

10. Grounds Maintenance Contract with RMBC – To consider and discuss new contract from RMBC for grounds maintenance for Thrybergh and the Hollings Lane football pitch.

11. Correspondence – To consider the following new Correspondence received and decide action where necessary.

11.1 – YLCA White Rose Bulletin including Training.

11.2 – NALC Chief Executive’s Bulletin

11.3 – Letter of Thanks for Recent Grant to St Gerards Church.

12. Items Of Report – To receive, consider and decide upon any items of report.

13. Matters Requested by Councillors and/or AOB.

15. Financial Risks Of The Council (Risk Assessment)- to review, approve and minute the Risk Assessment for Thrybergh Parish Council.

16. Asset Register – to review, approve and minute the Asset Register of Thrybergh Parish Council.

17. Bar Prices – To consider bar prices for 2025/26.

18. Hire of Hall Charges – To consider hall letting charges for 2025/26.

19. Staff Pay Award 2025/26 – To consider pay award 2025/26 for Parish Council Staff.

20. Bar Staff Pay Award 2025/26 - To consider pay award 2025/26 for Parish Council Bar Staff.

21. Accounts For Payment To consider and approve accounts for payment February.

22. To notify the Clerk of matters for inclusion on the agenda of the next meeting.

23. To confirm the date of next Parish Council Meeting on Thursday 3rd April 2025 starting at 6:30pm.
