Agenda

1. To receive apologies for absence given in advance of the meeting.

2. To consider the approval of reasons given for absence.

3. Declarations of Interest – To receive any declarations of interest not already declared under the council’s code of conduct or members Register of Disclosable Pecuniary Interests.

4. Questions from the public – This is a public session, members of the public will adhere to the rules set by the council for this session. Thirty minutes are allowed to raise issues and ask questions of the Parish Council.

5. Minutes of the previous Parish Council meeting held on Thursday 3 October – To approve the minutes as a correct record, for signature by the Chairman. 

6. Matters Arising – To receive information on the following ongoing issues and decide further action where necessary. 

Tree Survey in PC owned woodland.

Remembrance Sunday – To discuss the detail of the event to be held Sunday 10th November.

Christmas Pantomime - To discuss the detail of the event to be held Saturday 14th December.

VE Day 80 Anniversary 8 May 2025 – to discuss the anniversary.

7. Police Report – To update council on the latest local crime statistics.

8. New Battery for Parish Hall Defibrillator – To approve the purchase of a new battery pack for the community defibrillator.

9. Correspondence – To consider the following new Correspondence received and decide action where necessary.

9.1 – YLCA White Rose Bulletin including Training.

9.2 – Dalton & Thrybergh Ward News September from RMBC.

10. Items Of Report – To receive, consider and decide upon any items of report.

11. Matters Requested by Councillors and/or AOB.

12. Grant Request From Federation Bingo - To consider a request for a grant towards costs of running the bingo club.

13. CIL Payment from RMBC – To advise council on Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) payment for the development of a former garage site on St Leonard’s Avenue.

14. Accounts For Payment – To consider and approve accounts for payment October.

15. To notify the Clerk of matters for inclusion on the agenda of the next meeting.

16. To confirm the date of next Parish Council Meeting on Thursday 5 December 2024 starting at 6:30pm.
