Agenda

  1. To receive apologies for absence given in advance of the meeting.
  2. To consider the approval of reasons given for absence
  3. Declerations of Interest - To receive any declerations of interest nnot already declared under the council's code of contact or members Register of Disclosed Pecuniary Interests.
  4. Questions from the public - This is a public session, members of the public will adhere to the rules set by the council for this session. Thirty minutes are allowed to raise issues and ask questions of the Parish Council
  5. Minutes of the previous Parish Council meeting held on Thursday 16 January 2025 - To approve the minutes as a correct record, for signature by the chairman.
  6. Matters Arising - To receive information on the follow ongoing issues and decide further action where necessary.
    CIL Payments from RMBC - Update Council on new planter for Doncaster Road 
    Thrybergh PArish COuncil Budget for 2025-26 - To update on the progress of the budget of the financial year 2025/26
    Parish Hall Electrical Repairs - To update Coucil on Progress of new fuseboard/ electrical upgrade
     
  7. Police Report - To update the council on the latest local crime statistics
  8. Trust Fire - To approve invoice received from Trust Fire for annual service and test of Fire alarm, emergency lighting and fire extinguishers
  9. PN ALarms - To approve annual service contract for intruder alarm & CCTV systems
  10. R Askew Electrical - To pass payment for invoice for the 5 year PAT (Portable Appliance Testing) testing of electrical appliances in the Parish Hall
  11. Correspondence - To consider the following new Correspondence received and decide action where necessary

  12. Item of Report - To receive, consider and decide upon any items of report.
  13. Matters request by Councillors and/or AOB.

  14. Grant Request from St Gerards Church – to consider a request from grant from St Gerard’s Church towards cemetery upkeep costs.

  15. Accounts For Payment – To consider and approve accounts for payment January.

  16. To notify the Clerk of matters for inclusion on the agenda of the next meeting.

  17.  To confirm the date of next Parish Council Meeting on Thursday 6th March 2025 starting at 6:30pm.
