Agenda

1. To receive apologies for absence given in advance of the meeting.

2. To consider the approval of reasons given for absence.

3. Declarations of Interest – To receive any declarations of interest not already declared under the council’s code of conduct or members Register of Disclosable Pecuniary Interests.

4. Questions from the public – This is a public session, members of the public will adhere to the rules set by the council for this session. Thirty minutes are allowed to raise issues and ask questions of the Parish Council.

5. Minutes of the previous Parish Council meeting held on Thursday 5th December – To approve the minutes as a correct record, for signature by the Chairman.

6. Visit by Councillor Sheppard, RMBC Cabinet Member for Neighbourhoods – Introduction visit by Councillor Sheppard.

7. Matters Arising – To receive information on the following ongoing issues and decide further action where necessary. 

7.1 - Christmas Pantomime - To discuss the event and pass expenditure.

7.2 - CIL Payment from RMBC – Consider potential items of expenditure.

8. Police Report – To update council on the latest local crime statistics.

9. Parish Hall Electrical Repairs – To advise council on cost of work done and possible new fuse board/electrical upgrade. 

10. Correspondence – To consider the following new Correspondence received and decide action where necessary.

10.1 – YLCA White Rose Bulletin including Training.

11. Items Of Report – To receive, consider and decide upon any items of report.

12. Matters Requested by Councillors and/or AOB.

13. Thrybergh Parish Council Budget for 2025/26 – To discuss and finalise the budget for the financial year 2025/26.

14. Accounts For Payment – To consider and approve accounts for payment December.

15. To notify the Clerk of matters for inclusion on the agenda of the next meeting.

16. To confirm the date of next Parish Council Meeting on Thursday 6 February 2025 starting at 6:30pm.
