1. To receive apologies for absence given in advance of the meeting.

2. To consider the approval of reasons given for absence.

3. Declarations of Interest

To receive any declarations of interest not already declared under the council’s code of conduct or members Register of Disclosable Pecuniary Interests.

4. Questions from the public

This is a public session, members of the public will adhere to the rules set by the council for this session. Thirty minutes are allowed to raise issues and ask questions of the Parish Council.

5. Minutes of the previous Parish Council meeting held on Wednesday 3 July 2024

To approve the minutes as a correct record, for signature by the Chairman.

6. Matters Arising

To receive information on the following ongoing issues and decide further action where necessary. 

Tree Survey in PC owned woodland.

Access gate on to Fullerton Fields, Vale Road.

Remembrance Sunday Service Booklet Reprint.

7. Police Report

To update council on the latest local crime statistics.

8. Remembrance Sunday

To discuss the detail of the event to be held Sunday 10th November.

9. Christmas Pantomime Jack & The Beanstalk

To discuss the detail of the event to be held Saturday 14 December.

10. VE Day 80 Anniversary 8 May 2025

To discuss the anniversary and how best to commemorate the event.

11. Fire & Alarm Certification by Trust Fire

To discuss and agree invoice for Test & Certification of Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting & Fire Extinguishers all of which are legal requirements.

12. Energy Supply Agreement for the Parish Hall

To inform Council of new energy agreement.

13. Various Repairs Undertaken in the Hall

To discuss and approve invoice for repairs to parish hall toilets.

14. Correspondence

To consider the following new Correspondence received and decide action where necessary.

14.1 – YLCA White Rose Bulletin including Training.

14.2 – Dalton & Thrybergh Ward News July from RMBC.

14.3 – Neighbourhood Watch August Newsletter.

To receive, consider and decide upon any items of report.
