Agenda

  1. To receive apologies for absence given in advance of the meeting
  2. To consider the approval of reasons given for absence
  3. Declarations of Interest - To receive any declarations of interest not already declared under the council’s code of conduct or members Register of Disclosable Pecuniary Interests.
  4. Questions from the public – This is a public session, members of the public will adhere to the rules set by the council for this session. Thirty minutes are allowed to raise issues and ask questions of the Parish Council.
  5. Minutes of the previous Parish Council meeting held on Thursday 6th June 2024 – To approve the minutes as a correct record, for signature by the Chairman.

  6. Matters Arising – To receive information on the following ongoing issues and decide further action where necessary. 

    • Damage to fruit trees.
    • Tree Survey in PC owned woodland.
    • Access gate on to Fullerton Fields, Vale Road.
    • Planning Application RB2024/0205 to Vary/Discharge Previous Application on Land to the rear of 13-37 Vale Avenue.

  7. Police Report - To update the council on the latest crime statistics

  8. Renewal of Premises Licence with RMBC – To renew Liquor Licence for 2024/25.

  9. Remembrance Sunday Service Booklet Reprint – to discuss reprint of Service Booklet.

  10. Purchase of New First Aid Kit for Parish Hall – to approve purchase of new First Aid Kit.

  11. Correspondence – To consider the following new Correspondence received and decide action where necessary.
    11.1 – YLCA White Rose Bulletin.
    11.2 – YLCA Training Bulletin.
    11.3 – NALC Chief Executive’s Bulletin.

  12.  

    Items Of Report – To receive, consider and decide upon any items of report.

    Matters Requested by Councillors and/or AOB.

    Press and Public asked to leave the meeting.

    Accounts For Payment – To consider and approve accounts for payment June.
